This charity's aim is to assist disabled people achieve their full potential through the choice of independence and the opportunity to work. A new opportunity has arisen for a Fundraising Manager to lead on the development of the overall fundraising programme to deliver income targets and enable the provision of a wide range of services.

Responsibilities include the planning and implementation of appropriate fundraising strategies to generate income from a range of sources, whilst taking a personal lead on generating income from corporates and major donors. In addition, you will be responsible for the management, leadership and motivation of a fundraising team of three.

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrable track record in fundraising to include generating income from corporates. Experience of managing staff and budgets, and of developing strategies is essential.

This new post would suit candidates wanting to develop a fundraising team and make significant impact to the charity.
